Registration and the first training session of the new season for our mini and junior academy squads (U6-U16) will take place on Sunday 3rd September 2023 at 10.00am at our Larksmead Ground.

Our minis teams will be playing training fixtures in the Dorset Matrix throughout the season. Our U12s are currently planning their end of season tour! Our highly successful U16s squad will be competing in both the Hampshire and Dorset and Wilts Age Grade competitions during the coming months.

During the coming season players and coaches from the adult section of the club will be ‘guesting’ as coaches for the Academy on selected Sunday mornings! In return Mini
& Junior Academy players will be invited to lead out the 1st XV on a number of home match days on Saturday afternoons throughout the season.

Time for Growth

We are looking to recruit new players across all age groups. Look out for our new posters and leaflets, our social media posts and stories in local media. Darrell Knowles, our Player Recruitment Lead, is arranging to run rugby taster sessions in local schools and we are partnering with Bath Rugby to outreach to local schools and communities.
